The team, now led by head coach Pete Carroll, features several notable additions, including two of Carroll’s sons, Brennan and Nate, who will take on significant roles within the organization.

Pete Carroll, entering his 31st season in the NFL, previously dedicated 14 years to the Seattle Seahawks as their head coach and executive vice president. Defensively, Patrick Graham returns for his fourth season as the Raiders’ defensive coordinator. He was sought after for head coaching positions across the league during the offseason, further demonstrating the team’s investment in his abilities.

Joining Graham are Joe Woods, who previously served as the defensive coordinator for the New Orleans Saints, now positioned as the pass game coordinator and defensive backs coach. Rob Leonard will also return, assuming the role of run game coordinator and defensive line coach.
