Rollover Crash in Honolulu Leaves One Critically Injured

HONOLULU, Hawaii — A 22-year-old man was critically injured in a rollover crash that occurred Thursday evening on the H-1 Freeway near the Vineyard off-ramp. The accident, reported around 6 p.m., involved a car that flipped multiple times before colliding with another vehicle.
Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene near the Punchbowl exit to assist those involved. In total, four individuals were treated, with three opting not to be transported to a hospital.
Authorities have shut down the westbound lanes of the freeway while they conduct their investigation and clear the wreckage. As of now, there is no indication of when the lanes will reopen. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and anticipate delays in the area.
