The Sydney Roosters displayed a dominant performance against the Wests Tigers in a stunning 40-6 victory, showcasing their prowess on the field. Under the leadership of coach Trent Robinson, the Roosters’ key Origin stars like Angus Crichton, Spencer Leniu, Connor Watson, and Lindsay Collins backed up after Game II to secure a convincing win.

In a milestone game for Robinson, his team capitalized on the strong performances of their players despite facing tough competition from Benji Marshall‘s Tigers. Captain Api Koroisau and Adam Doueihi of the Tigers were both sent to the sin bin during the match, further challenging the Tigers’ defense.

However, the victory for the Roosters was marred by a potential injury to star center Joey Manu, who had to leave the field with a suspected fractured hand. The loss of Manu will be a setback for the Roosters as they await further scans to determine the extent of his injury.

The game itself saw standout performances from Roosters players like Dominic Young, Terrell May, Luke Keary, Daniel Tupou, and the ever-impressive James Tedesco. Young’s quick double, May’s powerful try, and Tupou’s contributions highlighted the Roosters’ attacking prowess.

Tedesco, celebrating his 150th game with the Roosters, showcased exceptional skills on the field, amassing significant running meters, tackle busts, and a try in a complete performance. The Roosters’ relentless attack and Tedesco’s leadership proved too much for the struggling Tigers to handle.

The Tigers, on the other hand, experienced a tough defeat, slipping to the bottom of the table after a lackluster performance against the Roosters. Their ill-discipline, as evidenced by the sin bins for Koroisau and Doueihi, compounded their struggles against a resolute Roosters side.
