Severe Storms Loom in Southern Wisconsin This Evening

MADISON, Wis. — A significant threat of severe storms remains in Southern Wisconsin on the afternoon of April 3, 2025, as meteorologists predict possible redevelopment of showers and thunderstorms throughout the region.
According to the latest model data, clusters of showers and thunderstorms could impact portions of Southern Wisconsin between 4 PM and 7 PM. While the overall threat for strong storms has diminished, any development may bring potential hazards including hail, strong winds, and brief rotation.
