Sharks Forced to Make Late Change Ahead of Top-of-the-Table Clash with Storm
In a last-minute alteration to the Sharks lineup for their highly anticipated matchup against the Storm, key player Nicho Hynes has been ruled out due to calf tightness.
Hynes, who had been nursing the injury, was ultimately deemed unfit to take the field for tonight’s crucial game between the Sharks and the Storm at AAMI Park in Melbourne.
To compensate for Hynes’ absence, the Sharks have made tactical adjustments, with Blayke Brailey stepping in at halfback, Cam McInnes moving to hooker, and Jack Williams securing a starting position.
Additionally, Tuku Hau Taphua has been called into the Sharks’ 17-man squad, with Kade Dykes serving as the team’s 18th man for the evening.
The Sharks and Storm, both sitting at the top of the ladder as of round 10, are set to face off at 7:30pm, with fans eagerly anticipating a fierce contest between the two powerhouse teams.
On the other side, the Melbourne Storm have finalized their squad for the showdown, welcoming Tui Kamikamica and Jack Howarth into the playing squad from the reserves bench.
Notably, Joe Chan has been omitted from the lineup, while Bronson Garlick remains on standby as the 18th man for the Storm.
