2025 Nhl Stanley Cup Playoffs Schedule

WINNIPEG, Manitoba — The 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs are set to begin this Saturday, April 19, with the first two games of the Western Conference First Round. The Winnipeg Jets will host the St. Louis Blues at 6 p.m. ET, followed by the Dallas Stars facing the Colorado Avalanche at 8:30 p.m. ET.

The Jets secured the Presidents’ Trophy, finishing with the best record in the NHL and claiming the top seed in the Central Division, which gives them home-ice advantage throughout the playoffs. The Blues qualified as the second wild card from the Western Conference. The Stars and Avalanche both enjoyed strong seasons, finishing second and third in the Central Division, respectively.

Three additional series will commence on Sunday, April 20, featuring the Carolina Hurricanes facing the New Jersey Devils at 3 p.m. ET, followed by the Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators at 7 p.m. ET in the highly anticipated Battle of Ontario. The day will conclude with the matchup between the Vegas Golden Knights and Minnesota Wild at 10 p.m. ET.

The playoffs will also see series beginning on Monday and Tuesday, including the Washington Capitals facing the Montreal Canadiens and the Los Angeles Kings taking on the Edmonton Oilers.
