LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Steve Martin, the legendary actor, comedian, and creator of the hit show “Only Murders in the Building,” has amassed not only a $140 million fortune but also an impressive portfolio of luxury real estate across the United States and the Caribbean. From a sprawling Beverly Hills estate to a tropical villa in St. Barts, Martin’s properties reflect his decades-long success in entertainment.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Martin purchased his primary residence in Beverly Hills in 1995 for $3.175 million. The 7,000-square-foot home, built in 1939, features a large lawn, a pool, and an outdoor entertainment area. In 1997, he acquired a neighboring property for $995,000, which he later sold in 2019 for $2.22 million. His main Beverly Hills estate is now valued at over $10 million.

Martin’s real estate ventures extend beyond California. In 2008, he bought a 3,000-square-foot villa on the Caribbean island of St. Barts for approximately $9 million. The property boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two tiered swimming pools, and a private garden with a lily pond. He listed the villa for sale in 2013 at $11 million.

In the mid-1990s, Martin also acquired a modern-style home in Montecito, California, designed by architect Roland E. Coate Jr. The 5.86-acre property includes a main house with four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, a detached guest house, and a three-car garage. He listed the Montecito home for nearly $11 million in 2015, though it remains unsold.

Martin, who co-created and stars in Hulu‘s “Only Murders in the Building,” continues to balance his acting career with his passion for real estate. His properties, spanning from the West Coast to the Caribbean, underscore his status as one of Hollywood’s most enduring and versatile figures.
