Ryan Marie Carney has had a diverse career, working in nursing, cosmetology, and the beauty industry. She has spent a significant portion of her career at the Parma Care Center in Ohio, which is near where she and Miocic reside.

The couple has two children together: a daughter named Meelah, born in 2018, and a son named Mateo Cruz, born in 2021. Mateo’s birth was even announced by famed master of ceremonies Bruce Buffer in a post on Miocic’s Instagram.

Ryan Marie Carney is often seen supporting her husband at fight weeks and various events. Notably, she and Miocic met Donald Trump together when the President-elect attended UFC 290 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in July 2023.
