Sydney Roosters Jerseys from Historic Vegas Game Up for Auction
The Sydney Roosters, a prominent Australian Rugby League team, are gearing up to commemorate a significant milestone in their history. The Roosters recently made history by playing and winning the first-ever Australian Rugby League game in Las Vegas. To mark this momentous occasion, the player-issued jerseys from the debut Vegas match will be up for auction at Lloyds Auctioneers and Valuers.
The Chief Operations Officer of Lloyds Auctions, Mr. Lee Hames, expressed excitement about the upcoming auction. The auction will feature individual player jerseys signed by the players who participated in the historic Vegas match. Additionally, two special team-signed jerseys from the entire Sydney Roosters team will be included in the auction.
According to Mr. Hames, this auction is expected to attract attention not only from Sydney Roosters fans and Australians but also from sports enthusiasts in Nevada. The unique aspect of these jerseys lies in the fact that they bear a special Las Vegas logo above the traditional Club’s logo, making them a rare collector’s item.
The Sydney Roosters organization also highlighted the exclusivity of these jerseys, noting that they are not available for retail purchase. Fans and collectors will have the opportunity to own a piece of Roosters history by bidding on these limited-edition player-issued jerseys from the game against the Brisbane Broncos in Las Vegas.
For those interested in acquiring a unique piece of sports memorabilia, the auction for the Sydney Roosters player-issued jerseys will take place at Lloyds Auctions on Monday, 4th March, starting at 5pm. Don’t miss out on the chance to own a piece of history from the historic Australian Rugby League game in Las Vegas!
