Teen Hospitalized After Stabbing at West Potomac High School

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A teenager is in critical condition after a stabbing at West Potomac High School on Wednesday morning. The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) received the call around 9:30 a.m. and rushed to the scene.
Upon arrival, officers found a male teen who had suffered life-threatening injuries. He was quickly transported to a local hospital for treatment. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear, as it is not yet confirmed if the stabbing occurred inside the school or in the surrounding area.
Authorities have taken a male teenager into custody as a suspect in the stabbing. Police are actively investigating the incident and trying to determine if any other individuals were involved.
