C.j. Stroud Texans Quarterback Training Camp

Houston, Texas – The Houston Texans have made significant changes to their offensive unit as they prepare for the upcoming NFL season. General manager Nick Caserio emphasized the importance of surrounding quarterback C.J. Stroud with new talent during the offseason.

C.J. Stroud, entering his third season, will experience a revamped offensive line and a bevy of new receivers acquired through both the draft and free agency. The Texans also welcomed first-year offensive coordinator Nick Caley, indicating a shift in their approach.

In a recent interview on Up & Adams, Caserio expressed confidence in Stroud’s ability to handle the changes. ‘He’s very convicted. He’s very prideful. He cares a lot about winning, and he wants to go out there and perform well on a weekly basis,’ Caserio said. ‘Your ability to bounce back and have a certain level of mental toughness is key.’

Caserio acknowledged the uncertain nature of the upcoming season but praised Stroud’s commitment. ‘C.J. cares a lot about winning. He’s had a great offseason. He’s been here, really, since February… I think he’s got the right mindset,’ he noted. Caserio emphasized that everyone can improve and they look forward to what lies ahead.

The Texans’ offense may take time to gel as they integrate new veterans and rookies. The chemistry on the field will likely develop throughout the season. However, with a talented and determined player like Stroud leading the team, the franchise aims to build on last year’s performance. The Texans are poised for a promising campaign ahead.
