Anthony Edwards Timberwolves Custody Case

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota — Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards faces scrutiny after text messages suggest he may have misled his legal team regarding his relationship with Ayesha Howard, who has accused him of intentionally causing her pregnancy.

Edwards’ legal representation previously claimed that Howard intentionally got pregnant to trap him. However, messages obtained by The Neighborhood Talk indicate he may have been less candid about their use of protection.

In one text, Howard reportedly asked Edwards, “You don’t like condoms?” His reply was, “I do but not those ones.” Additionally, Howard expressed concern about his lifestyle choices, stating, “I’d be lying if I said the condom didn’t throw me off or that I didn’t want you.”

Edwards is said to have responded, “Ian f*ck nobody raw I gotcha,” a message that Howard liked, potentially undermining his claims.

Despite agreeing to give Howard full custody of their daughter, Aubri, the legal battle continues as Edwards must still address his financial obligations related to the child.
