Tony Shalhoub Breaking Bread Wisconsin

LOS ANGELES, CA — Tony Shalhoub is set to make his return to Wisconsin in the upcoming episode of his series, “Tony Shalhoub: Breaking Bread”. The penultimate episode of the first season will air on Sunday, Nov. 2, at 9 p.m. on CNN.

This episode, which runs for one hour, will feature Shalhoub visiting a family gathering in his home state. The five episodes prior have taken him around the world as he searches for the greatest breads.

Shalhoub, known for his roles in “Monk” and “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” describes the show as a way to explore how “bread connects us all.” While in Wisconsin, he will indulge in a grilled cheese sandwich, visit a local dairy farm, and tour a craft brewery.

“It’s about food and family,” Shalhoub said in a promotional interview. “Wisconsin is my anchor, and I look forward to sharing that with viewers.”

The series has been praised for its heartfelt approach and Shalhoub’s warm on-screen presence. It’s a significant shift for the Emmy-winning actor as he steps out of his usual scripted roles.

Fans can catch the episode live or on-demand on CNN or via platforms like Sling TV, which provides a wide array of channels, including CNN. The episode is part of a six-part series, each focused on a different location and its unique bread.

For viewers unable to watch live, many streaming services offer free trials, allowing them to catch up on previous episodes, including Shalhoub’s culinary adventures around the globe.
