Allen Eagles Football Team Game

PROSPER, Texas — The second-ranked Allen Eagles will take on the seventh-ranked Prosper Eagles this Friday in what promises to be one of the biggest games in their storied rivalry. Both teams are undefeated at 7-0 and ranked among the best in Texas high school football.

The showdown, set for kickoff at 1 p.m. CT, will be broadcast live as part of the Friday Night Football series on WFAA. Pregame coverage is scheduled to begin at around 12:50 p.m.

Allen’s impressive streak is led by senior quarterback Jeremiah Daoud, who has thrown 18 touchdowns against just two interceptions this season. The Eagles are also known for their tough defense, allowing fewer than seven points a game, with three shutouts under their belt.

In contrast, Prosper has showcased their talent with a strong start, highlighted by a 29-22 victory over Austin Westlake in late August. Prosper’s success continues with star players Braeden Imhoff and Lathan Latiolais, combining for nearly 2,000 passing yards and 28 touchdowns so far this season.

This game is more than just a matchup; it is a statement about each school’s aspirations for state championship glory. Allen has been a consistent contender, igniting debates about their return to prominence in Texas football. Prosper has also firmly established its status as a competitor, aiming for a strong finish this season.
