Tucker Kraft Flies Home After Surgery with Local Bank President’s Help
Timber Lake, South Dakota — John Templer, president of Western Dakota Bank, recently assisted Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft in returning home after his ACL injury surgery. The pair flew from Dallas to Green Bay on November 17 in Templer’s Cessna Conquest I.
The flight included Templer, Kraft, pilot Taos Weldon, and Kraft’s assistant, Riley Schott. Templer expressed happiness at being able to help the athlete during this challenging time.
Kraft underwent surgery to repair a torn ACL, an injury he sustained during the NFL season. After the surgery, he was eager to get back to Green Bay and continue his recovery.
“It’s great to have the support of people like John,” Kraft said. “It makes a tough situation a little easier.”
Templer is known in the Timber Lake and Isabel communities not only for his banking role but also for his dedication to local sports and supporting athletes in need. His generosity has made a positive impact on the community.
This flight also highlights the strong connections that can form between local businesses and professional athletes, exemplifying the spirit of community support.
The Packers organization is looking forward to Kraft’s recovery and hope to see him back on the field soon.
