Tyreek Hill Miami Dolphins Police Incident

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Fla. – Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife, Keeta Hill, on April 7, 2025, prompting a police response, according to an incident report obtained by Local 10 News. Officers from the Sunny Isles Beach Police Department arrived at the couple’s condominium around 2 p.m. following a report of an “assault in progress.”

Upon arrival, police spoke with both Tyreek Hill and Keeta Hill, as well as Keeta’s mother, Alesia Vaccaro, who had been residing with the couple since November. Vaccaro reported that she witnessed Hill throw a laptop to the ground before grabbing their daughter and approaching the balcony during a heated argument with Keeta. Vaccaro expressed fear for her daughter’s safety, describing Hill’s behavior as “very aggressive and impulsive,” according to the report.

Keeta Hill told officers that arguments between her and Tyreek had become increasingly common, emphasizing that he often reacts violently when she shares her opinions. She noted that the couple had been undergoing couples therapy, which she stated was “not working out.” Their latest argument erupted after Keeta suggested that Tyreek was not sufficiently involved in their child’s life.

During the confrontation, Tyreek admitted to grabbing the baby and stated, “I have the same rights as a father as her as a mother, and I can take my baby whenever I want,” reflecting his view on parental rights. Despite both parties denying physical violence during the incident, police observed a bruise on Keeta’s upper chest. She mentioned that the injury could have occurred unintentionally when Tyreek took their daughter from her.

Keeta also disclosed to officers that she is in the process of filing for divorce. Despite the concerning nature of the incident, police did not make any arrests, and Tyreek Hill left the condominium with officers present shortly after 2:40 p.m. A case card was issued to Keeta, who remained at the residence with her mother and their child.

This incident adds to a series of off-field issues for Tyreek Hill that span several years, including a 2024 civil lawsuit filed by social media influencer Sophie Hall, who accused him of fracturing her leg during an incident. Hill has also faced earlier allegations of child abuse and domestic violence, raising questions about his conduct both personally and professionally.

As of now, neither the Miami Dolphins organization nor the NFL has issued a public statement regarding the recent domestic dispute. The league’s focus on personal conduct could lead to further investigations that may impact Hill’s future with the team as the 2025 NFL season approaches.
