The UFC is set to make a triumphant return to Manchester, England, with the announcement of two championship fights on the upcoming card. Head coach Dave Lovell confirmed that welterweight champion Leon Edwards will headline the event, likely facing off against Belal Muhammad in a highly-anticipated rematch.

Since their initial bout ended in a no-contest due to an accidental eye poke, both Edwards and Muhammad have been on impressive winning streaks. Edwards notably scored a stunning head-kick knockout victory over Kamaru Usman and successfully defended his title against top contenders like Colby Covington, while Muhammad has secured victories over top-ranked opponents including Demian Maia, Vicente Luque, and Sean Brady.

Not to be outdone, UFC interim heavyweight champion and Salford native Tom Aspinall is also expected to feature on the card, with a potential showdown against Ciryl Gane in the works. If Gane does not sign on, a rematch with Curtis Blaydes, who handed Aspinall his only UFC loss due to injury, could be on the cards.

Additional fan-favorite fighters like Michael Venom Page, Paddy Pimblett, Ian Machado Garry, and Arnold Allen are rumoured to also make appearances on the stacked lineup, promising an electrifying night of action in Manchester.
