USA Cricket Unveils Squad for ICC World Cup League 2 in Dubai

DUBAI, UAEUSA Cricket announced its Men’s National Team squad and schedule for the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 tri-series set to take place in Dubai from October 26 to November 5, 2025.

The series will feature three teams: hosts UAE, Nepal, and the USA. All matches will start at 9:30 AM local time at the Dubai International Stadium and ICC Academy Oval.

The USA is currently in Dubai, gearing up for their opening match against Nepal on October 26. The team is training under the guidance of Head Coach Pubudu Dassanayake and his support staff.

“This series marks another important step in our League 2 campaign. The squad has shown consistency and determination throughout the season, and we are eager to build on that momentum against two quality opponents in UAE and Nepal,” Dassanayake said.

Notable inclusions in the USA squad are all-rounders Shubham Subhash Ranjane and Rushil Ugarkar, both set to make their ICC ODI debuts during this series.

The full USA squad includes:

Monank Patel (captain), Jessy Singh (vice-captain), Saurabh Netravalkar, Rushil Ugarkar, Nosthush Kenjige, Milind Kumar, Smit Patel, Shayan Jahangir, Juanoy Drysdale, Sanjay Krishnamurthi, Harmeet Singh, Yasir Mohammad, Saiteja Mukkamalla, Shubham Ranjane, and Andries Gous.

The support staff comprises Head Coach Pubudu Dassanayake, Assistant Coaches Vincent Kumar and Rishi Bhardwaj, Strength and Conditioning Coach Mathew Skyner, Team Analyst Sampath Seshadri, Physiotherapist Jatin Maheshwari, and Team Manager Oscar Alvarez.

The tri-series schedule is as follows:

Sunday, October 26: Nepal vs USA — Dubai International Stadium

Tuesday, October 28: UAE vs USA — Dubai International Stadium

Thursday, October 30: UAE vs Nepal — ICC Academy (Oval 1)

Saturday, November 1: Nepal vs USA — ICC Academy (Oval 1)

Monday, November 3: UAE vs USA — Dubai International Stadium

Wednesday, November 5: UAE vs Nepal — ICC Academy (Oval 1)

All matches will be streamed live on ICC.tv. This tri-series is part of the ongoing ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 and serves as a key step towards the 2027 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.
