Usc Vs Purdue Women's Basketball Game 2025

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — The University of Southern California (USC) women’s basketball team will face Purdue tonight at 7:00 PM ET in the first game of a Big Ten doubleheader. The Trojans, riding a 13-game winning streak, are off to their best start since the 1993-1994 season.

USC (18-0) defeated Indiana 73-66 on Sunday, with standout freshman Juju Watkins leading the charge. Watkins, a 2024-25 AP Preseason All-American, scored a game-high 22 points, marking her 17th game this season with at least 20 points. Graduate forward Kiki Iriafen has also been instrumental, averaging 18.4 points and 8.5 rebounds per game, with six double-doubles this season.

Purdue (7-11), on the other hand, is struggling, having lost six consecutive games. The Boilermakers most recently fell 87-58 to Washington and are averaging a conference-low 64.2 points per game. Their defense, allowing 74.2 points per game, is the worst in the Big Ten.

Pre-game coverage begins at 6:30 PM ET on Peacock, which will stream 56 men’s and 26 women’s Big Ten basketball games this season. Subscribers can also watch the first rounds of both the Big Ten Men’s and Women’s tournaments live. Students can access Peacock at a discounted rate of $1.99 per month for 12 months.
