Watford Fc Women Sign Cerys Brown From Chelsea On Loan

Watford FC Women have made an exciting addition to their squad by signing young defender, Cerys Brown, on loan from Barclays Women’s Super League club, Chelsea. Brown, who can play as a full-back or center-half, made her debut for Chelsea’s first team in a 3-1 FA Cup quarter-final victory against Reading. As the Under-18 Player of the Season, she signed a professional contract last summer.

Brown, who is also a teammate of Michelle Agyemang, Laila Harbert, and Katie Reid at England Under-19 level, joins Watford FC Women on loan from Chelsea. She will be wearing the number 27 shirt and is eligible for selection in the upcoming Barclays Women’s Championship match against Birmingham City.

Welcoming Cerys Brown to Watford, the club is excited to have her on their side and looks forward to her contributions this season.
