West Central clinched their spot in the title game with a commanding performance led by Mya Foslien, who scored 15 points to guide her team to a victory. “We worked so hard for this moment, and it feels amazing to finally make it to the championship,” Foslien said after the game.
MACCRAY followed suit with a stand-out performance from Brielle Janssen, who notched 26 points and grabbed 18 rebounds. Her dominant presence inside the paint helped secure the team’s first-ever appearance in the state finals. “I just wanted to do my part for the team. We’ve pushed each other all year, and this is our reward,” Janssen stated.
