NC State, boasting a storied history in the ACC Tournament, has an impressive overall record against Georgia Tech, leading the series with 53 victories to 25 losses. With many key players in top form this season, the Wolfpack is looking to build on its strong performance.
“We’ve worked hard to get to this point, and now it’s all about execution in the tournament,” said NC State coach Wes Moore. “Georgia Tech is a tough opponent, and we’ll need to be ready for anything they throw at us.”
The winner of this quarterfinal game will advance to face the winner of the matchup between Florida State, the fourth seed, and fifth-seeded North Carolina. That semifinal game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8, at noon and will be available on ESPN2.
