WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 Set for March 1 in Toronto

TORONTO, Canada — The anticipation for WWE‘s Elimination Chamber 2025 is building as the event prepares to take place on March 1 at the Rogers Centre. This marks the final Premium Live Event on the Road to WrestleMania, promising exciting matches and high stakes for competitors.
Fans can expect two Elimination Chamber matches, where the winners will earn championship opportunities at WrestleMania 41. As WWE transitions from the Royal Rumble to Elimination Chamber, qualifying matches are currently unfolding on WWE’s flagship shows, Monday Night RAW and SmackDown.
So far, superstars like John Cena, CM Punk, Logan Paul, and Liv Morgan have secured their spots in the men’s and women’s Elimination Chamber matches. Cena’s entry has stirred controversy, with CM Punk voicing his displeasure at Cena’s self-insertion into the match without having to compete.
“It’s always interesting when a veteran like Cena jumps the line,” said Punk. “It’s not just about talent; it’s about respect within the locker room.”
The men’s match is shaping up to be a high-stakes battle, with Cena looking to capture a record-breaking 17th world championship. Meanwhile, Logan Paul, having made a striking entrance into WWE, seeks to solidify his position at the top.
“My goal is clear: I want to win and challenge at WrestleMania,” Paul stated following his qualification victory. “This is just the beginning.”
In the women’s division, Alexa Bliss has also returned to WWE after a two-year hiatus and is making waves. With her impressive performance at the Royal Rumble, where she received one of the biggest ovations ever, fans are eager to see her vie for the title at WrestleMania.
Bliss is joined by formidable opponents such as Bianca Belair and Bayley, both of whom have held the championship several times. “Every woman in this match is a former champion, and we’re all out for revenge and glory,” Bliss commented.
The current line-up for the Elimination Chamber matches includes:
Men’s Elimination Chamber Match: John Cena, CM Punk, Logan Paul, with two spots still open.
Women’s Elimination Chamber Match: Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, Bianca Belair, Bayley, with two spots still open.
Other scheduled matches include Kevin Owens against Sami Zayn and Tiffany Stratton defending her Women’s Championship against Trish Stratus, a match made special as it occurs in Stratus’ hometown.
The Elimination Chamber has been a notable part of WWE history, first introduced in 2002, with past events showcasing intense competition and surprising outcomes. This year, the eyes of the WWE Universe are tuned toward Toronto as the drama unfolds and final preparations for WrestleMania take shape.
Fans outside Canada can tune in via Peacock or, for international viewers, Netflix, making Elimination Chamber a globally accessible event. The start times are scheduled for 7 PM ET, with international viewers adjusting for local time zones.
