Zaccharie Risacher Windmill Dunk Atlanta Hawks

ATLANTA, Ga. — Zaccharie Risacher electrified the crowd with a windmill dunk during the Atlanta Hawks‘ commanding win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday night.

Risacher, now in his second NBA season, showed significant improvement as a shooter and playmaker, contributing heavily to the playoff-contending Hawks. He made a standout impact in the game, highlighted by a spectacular steal from Luka Doncic, followed by the impressive dunk that put the Hawks further ahead.

The Hawks took control early, finishing the first quarter with a 37-29 lead. By halftime, they had extended their advantage to 14 points, and by the end of the third quarter, the lead ballooned to 26 points, showcasing their dominance throughout the matchup.

Key to the Hawks’ success was their efficient shooting and ball movement. Atlanta made 16 three-pointers, recorded 37 assists, and limited their turnovers to just 11. Conversely, the Lakers struggled with ball security, committing 20 turnovers while hitting 12 triples and racking up 23 assists.

Seven Hawks players scored in double figures, with Risacher leading the pack with 19 points, along with four assists, two steals, and a rebound. He shot 50% from the field, including 43% from three-point range. Mouhamed Gueye led the team with 21 points, contributing seven rebounds and seven assists. Asa Newell added 17 points, while Vit Krejci and Keaton Wallace each scored 17 and 14 points, respectively. Onyeka Okongwu provided solid support with 12 points and eight rebounds, while Dyson Daniels had an all-around performance with 10 points, 13 assists, and eight rebounds.

Looking ahead, the Hawks are set to face the Los Angeles Clippers on November 10 at 10:30 p.m. ET, as they aim to build on their recent success.
