2025 ACM Awards Stream Live from Texas with Reba McEntire as Host

Frisco, Texas – The 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards, hosted by Reba McEntire, are streaming live on Prime Video from Ford Center at The Star. The show kicked off at 8 p.m. ET, featuring some of the biggest stars in country music.

Nominations for the awards were announced in March, with several artists leading the pack. Performers included country legends like Clint Black and new stars like Miranda Lambert, who opened the night with her song ‘Run.’ In a thrilling celebration of the show’s 60th anniversary, the evening began with country classics performed by several artists.

Jelly Roll was among those sharing live updates from the event. He excitedly tweeted, “Back here smoking a joint with Ernest in case y’all don’t see us on TV, we about to perform real soooon.” Earlier, he showcased his humor while signing a jar of jelly, stating it was a career first.

Alan Jackson received the Alan Jackson Lifetime Achievement Award, which was presented by McEntire. She praised him, saying, “He’s won 21 Academy of Country Music Awards, but tonight he’s earning the ACM Lifetime Achievement award.” Jackson expressed his gratitude, remarking on how meaningful the award was to him.

The evening also featured other notable moments, such as Cody Johnson announcing his wife’s pregnancy while on the red carpet. “We’re having a little boy,” he said cheerfully.

Despite being absent due to illness, presenter Jennifer Nettles was mentioned by her partner Kristian Bush while presenting the Duo of the Year award. He expressed his wish for her speedy recovery.
