IVINS, Utah — The Bank of Utah Championship is currently being held at the Black Desert Resort, featuring a $6 million purse. The event is part of the FedExCup Fall series and the course stretches 7,421 yards with a par of 71.

Michael Brennan, who is ranked No. 1 in the PGA TOUR Americas Fortinet Cup standings, has taken the lead at 17-under par. Defending champion Matt McCarty is two shots behind Brennan, with Rico Hoey, Pierceson Coody, and Kevin Yu trailing by three shots at 14-under.

As Round 3 progresses, Brennan is looking to maintain his advantage. He started the tournament with a double-bogey on the second hole but quickly recovered, making an eagle and several birdies to finish strong.

“I’m really happy with how I played,” Brennan said. “After that rough start, I focused on each hole and kept the momentum going.”

In another notable performance, David Ford finished his final round with a score of 67, resulting in a total of 16-under and making him the clubhouse leader for a time. He shared that he was pleased with his performance throughout the tournament and looks forward to future events.

Fans can catch the final round on Golf Channel, which begins airing coverage at 4:30 p.m. ET. This year’s championship marks the second year for the event at the Black Desert Resort, which has gained recognition as one of the top public-access courses in Utah.

The players will continue battling for significant FedExCup points as the tournament approaches its conclusion. With only a few holes left for the leaders, all eyes are on Brennan to see if he can hold onto his lead.
