Among the nominees for the men’s award are notable talents such as Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Jr, and Rodri. Each nominee has made significant contributions to their respective clubs and national teams during the 2023-24 campaign.

Vinicius Jr of Real Madrid is considered a strong contender after his pivotal role in securing a treble for the club. He achieved 24 goals and provided 11 assists in 39 matches.
