Bangladesh Clinches 3-0 Series Victory Over Afghanistan in T20I
Sharjah, UAE — On October 5, 2025, Bangladesh defeated Afghanistan by six wickets in the third T20I at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, clinching a 3-0 series victory. Bangladesh opted to bowl after winning the toss, a decision that paid off as they limited Afghanistan to just 143 runs.
Afghanistan struggled with the bat throughout the match. Sediqullah Atal made 28 runs, while Azmatullah Omarzai top-scored with 32 runs off 29 balls. Mohammed Saifuddin claimed three wickets, contributing to Afghanistan’s collapse.
