Scouts from the Chicago Bears organization closely observed the standout performance of USC quarterback Caleb Williams during his pro day at the university’s facility in Los Angeles. Williams, the highly touted prospect expected to go at the top of the upcoming NFL draft, showcased his passing abilities in front of a notable audience.
Key figures from the Bears present at the event included General Manager Ryan Poles, Head Coach Matt Eberflus, and other coaching staff like offensive coordinator Shane Waldron and pass game coordinator Thomas Brown. Newly acquired wide receiver Keenan Allen, traded from the Chargers, also made a notable appearance to support Williams.
During the pro day, Williams exhibited his arm strength and accuracy, connecting with former USC teammates Brenden Rice and Tahj Washington. Rice, the son of NFL legend Jerry Rice, snagged an impressive reception, highlighting Williams’ passing skills.
