Cleveland Browns Ken Dorsey Firing 2024

The Cleveland Browns have fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and offensive line coach Andy Dickerson, head coach Kevin Stefanski announced Sunday. The decision comes less than 24 hours after the team concluded a disappointing 3-14 season, their worst record since the winless 2017 campaign.

Dorsey, who was hired in February 2024 to revitalize the Browns’ offense, struggled to find consistency in a season marred by injuries and poor quarterback play. The offense ranked 28th in total yards and last in scoring, averaging just 15.9 points per game. Quarterback Deshaun Watson, who missed much of the season due to a torn Achilles tendon, posted the lowest Total QBR in the NFL during his seven starts.
