Regarding the incident, Kettan Singh mentioned, “While rehearsing and filming the impersonation, there was no indication of it being offensive. I am still uncertain about the exact reason for his disappointment. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly extend my apologies to Karan Johar for any discomfort caused.”

The comedian further reflected on the gravity of the situation, acknowledging Karan Johar’s stature in the industry.
