Cristiano Ronaldo Scores 950th Goal, Inspires Al-Nassr to Win
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 950th career goal on Saturday, leading Al-Nassr to a 2-0 victory over Al-Hazm in the Saudi Pro League. This milestone goal helped keep Al-Nassr at the top of the league standings.
The match took place on October 25, 2025, with compatriot Joao Felix also scoring in the victory. Felix opened the scoring in the 24th minute with a header, while Ronaldo sealed the win in the 87th minute with a precise shot following a setup from Wesley.
This season has been strong for Al-Nassr, who rebounded from a loss in the Saudi Super Cup to Al Ahli. They remain unbeaten in the league, having won all six of their matches, pulling three points ahead of second-place Al Taawoun.
Ronaldo’s performance remained crucial, even as he had no scoring opportunities until late in the game. “I am hungry for more,” said Ronaldo, emphasizing his aspiration to reach the remarkable milestone of 1,000 goals.
After the win, Al-Nassr will have a short break before facing Al Ittihad in the Round of 16 of the King Cup of Champions on Tuesday. This match is significant as the team aims to continue their strong display in both domestic and international competitions ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
