England Pacer Ollie Robinson Inclusion in Fourth Test Squad Against India
Paceman Ollie Robinson has been named in the England squad for the upcoming fourth Test against India in Ranchi, providing a boost to England’s bowling attack.
The 30-year-old Robinson, who last featured in the thrilling Ashes Test at Headingley, makes a comeback following a back injury that sidelined him for the remaining series.
Robinson’s entry into the squad sees him replacing the pace bowler Mark Wood in the playing eleven, adding depth and experience to England’s lineup.
Joining Robinson in the squad is young spinner Shoaib Bashir, who replaces Rehan Ahmed and brings a fresh dimension to the team’s spin options.
Despite the third Test’s heavy defeat, England remains determined to turn the series around with the inclusion of Robinson and Bashir, alongside stalwarts like Joe Root, Ben Stokes, and James Anderson.
The squad also features key players such as Ben Duckett, Zak Crawley, Ollie Pope, Jonny Bairstow, Ben Foakes, and Tom Hartley, forming a formidable lineup for the crucial fourth Test clash.
