Geelong Cats Announce Squad for Upcoming Match Against Kangaroos

Geelong Football Club has officially announced its initial 24-player squad for the anticipated match against the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos, scheduled for Sunday at Arden Street Oval.

Among the names added to the extended interchange are Abbey McDonald, Brooke Plummer, and new recruit Chantal Mason, who was acquired by Geelong during last year’s AFLW draft.

The squad features eight players on the interchange bench, with the final team expected to be disclosed on Friday afternoon at 5 PM.

The Cats are eager to recover from their Week 1 defeat by Melbourne and aim to secure their first-ever AFLW victory against the Kangaroos.

This exciting match is set to be broadcast live and free on Channel 7 starting at 3:00 PM, with additional streaming available on Kayo.
