IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims Results Announced for 2024

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially announced the results for the Regional Rural Banks (RRB) Clerk, also known as Office Assistant, preliminary examination for the year 2024. According to information from IBPS, the preliminary examination was held nationwide on August 10, 17, and 18, 2024. This examination is part of a larger recruitment drive aimed at filling 9,923 vacancies for both officer and assistant positions in various regional rural banks across India.

Successful candidates from the preliminary exam will proceed to the main examination, scheduled to take place on October 6, 2024. The release of the prelims results is a significant step for candidates who will now prepare for the next stage of the selection process.

Notably, there is a marking penalty involved, where 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer in the objective test module in both exams.
