Jee Main 2024 Session 1 Result Announcement Set For Tomorrow, Nta Confirms

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced that the results for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2024 session 1 will be revealed on February 12. As per the information released by NTA, candidates can access the results on the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in. The final answer key for the entrance examination is eagerly awaited by aspirants.

During the first session of JEE Main 2024, held on January 24, 27, 29, 30, 31, and February 1, candidates appeared for the BE/BTech and BArch/BPlanning papers. A total of 12,31,874 candidates were registered for both papers, out of which 11,70,036 individuals participated in the examination.

It has been clarified that the result will be compiled based on the final answer key released. Any concerns regarding the answer key(s) will not be addressed post the result declaration or NTA Score of JEE (Main) – 2024.

The marking scheme for JEE Main 2024 includes four marks for every correct answer, a deduction of one mark for each incorrect option marked, and no marks for unanswered or marked for review questions. In cases where multiple options are correct, only those who mark any of the correct options will receive the four marks, and if all options are correct, all attempted candidates will earn four marks.

As the NTA gears up to announce the results, candidates are advised to secure their admit cards from the JEE Main 2024 session 1 exam. It is imperative to have your application number and date of birth handy for result verification.
