Jennifer Saunders Takes On Masked Singer Challenge, Studied Teen Music To Beat Co Star Jonathan Ross

Comedian Jennifer Saunders, best known for her work in the hit show ‘French and Saunders,’ is set to appear on the popular television program ‘Masked Singer.’ In a bid to outshine her co-star Jonathan Ross on the show’s panel, Saunders went to great lengths to prepare for the challenge. The 65-year-old comedian revealed that she spent weeks studying music aimed at teenagers, immersing herself in the sounds of FKA Twigs, Doja Cat, and Cardi B.

Saunders, who stepped in for Rita Ora on the show, will be dressed as a strict head teacher for the school disco-themed episode. She expressed her determination to keep everyone in check and even threw a playful jab at Ross by describing him as a lesser celebrity than her. Refusing to have fun with him, Saunders humorously mentioned that they only attend legendary parties and avoid mingling with the general public.

Excitement is high among show insiders regarding Saunders’ appearance on ‘Masked Singer.’ Ross will be dressed as a janitor, Davina McCall as a PE teacher, Mo Gilligan as a jock, and the host Joel Dommett will take on the role of a geography teacher.

Rita Ora had to pull out of some episodes of the upcoming season due to work commitments, but she expressed her excitement for the guest panellists who will be filling her seat. Dionne Warwick, Alexander Armstrong, and Strictly’s Shirley Ballas have already been unmasked on the show, leaving a host of characters such as Maypole, Owl, Bubble Tea, Cricket, Dippy Egg, Bigfoot, Piranha, Air Fryer, and Eiffel Tower yet to be identified.
