Justin Bieber Surprises Fans at SZA’s Concert in Inglewood

INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Justin Bieber surprised fans during SZA‘s concert at SoFi Stadium on Friday night, May 23. The unexpected appearance came during the second stop of SZA and Kendrick Lamar‘s Grand National Tour, which began on April 19.
Bieber joined SZA on stage to perform their hit collaboration, “Snooze,” much to the excitement of the sold-out crowd. Dressed in an all-black outfit and a Balenciaga jacket, Bieber showcased his energy by interacting playfully with SZA. The two traded verses and shared moments of affection, including kisses on SZA’s hand, which thrilled the audience.
This performance was a notable moment for both artists, as it marked the first time they performed “Snooze” live together. The song had previously peaked on Billboard’s R&B charts, emphasizing its popularity since its release. Bieber had also contributed to the acoustic remix of the track, which dropped in September 2023.
The enthusiastic response from the audience highlighted Bieber’s star power, especially considering his long break from performing full concerts. His last stadium performance was at Coachella in 2024. Since canceling the Justice World Tour in 2023, Bieber has made sporadic appearances at other artists’ shows, like his surprise gig at Don Toliver’s concert in October 2024.
As SZA prepares for another performance in Inglewood on Saturday night, her Grand National Tour continues, showcasing her evolving artistry alongside Kendrick Lamar.
