LAWRENCE, KAN. – The Kansas Jayhawks will play their last Big 12 Conference road game on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 11 a.m. CT. The matchup against the Iowa State Cyclones will take place at Jack Trice Stadium in Ames, Iowa, as announced by the Big 12 Conference on Monday.

This game marks the 105th meeting between the two schools, with a rivalry that dates back to 1898. Kansas leads the series 53-45-6. The Jayhawks have won their last three encounters with the Cyclones, including a close 28-21 victory in Ames on Nov. 4, 2023.

The 2025 contest will be Kansas’ third game with an 11 a.m. kickoff this season. Also, it will be their second matchup broadcast on FS1. Currently, the Jayhawks hold a record of 5-5 overall and 3-4 in the Big 12, looking to achieve bowl eligibility for the third time in four seasons.

Iowa State enters the game with a record of 6-4 (3-4 Big 12) after a recent 20-17 comeback victory over TCU on Nov. 8. This game will also function as Iowa State’s senior day, adding extra significance for graduating players on the team.

After facing Iowa State, Kansas will return home to finish the season against Utah on Friday, Nov. 28 at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. Fans interested in attending can purchase tickets for the game.
