Liverpool‘s midfielder, Wataru Endo, is poised to make a return for the upcoming clash against Manchester United after being sidelined for the recent match against Sheffield United.

Endo had missed the Reds’ 3-1 victory over Sheffield United due to a knock but is now expected to be back in contention at Old Trafford according to Jürgen Klopp.

Klopp, in his post-match interview, stated that the decision to rest Endo for the previous game was made with an eye on ensuring his availability for the important fixture against Manchester United.

The Liverpool manager further expressed optimism that Endo’s fitness situation would remain favorable for the upcoming match.

In other news, Jürgen Klopp has been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month award following an unbeaten March for Liverpool.

Klopp guided his team to victories over Nottingham Forest and Brighton & Hove Albion, securing his place on the four-person shortlist alongside Mikel Arteta, Andoni Iraola, and Ange Postecoglou.

Fans can vote for Klopp to win the prestigious award and have until 12pm BST on Monday, April 8, to cast their votes.
