Michael Schumacher Receives Best Medical Treatment In Human History, Says Former Mercedes Boss

Former Mercedes boss Nick Fry has stated that Michael Schumacher is receiving the best medical treatment in human history. The condition of the Formula 1 legend has been kept confidential for the past decade, leaving fans and motorsport enthusiasts curious about his health.

Fry’s statement comes after reports shared by Michael’s retired friend, Johnny Herbert. Fry expressed his certainty by highlighting the unparalleled medical treatment Schumacher has received, emphasizing that no other individual in history has had the same level of care for such a specific injury. He also acknowledged the family’s resources and affirmed his hope for Schumacher’s quality of life to be good.

Regarding recent reports about Schumacher engaging in conversation at a dinner table or in a car, Fry mentioned that he would not be surprised if these were true, as they could potentially assist in stimulating his brain. He further expressed his desire for Schumacher’s progress and stated that if he does make progress, he could serve as a role model for others with brain injuries.

Fry, reflecting on his experience working with Schumacher at Mercedes, admitted that it was initially complicated due to their nationalities. However, he quickly gained massive respect for Schumacher and recognized his exceptional qualities. Fry attributed their successful collaboration to Schumacher’s appreciation for teamwork and his understanding that everyone within the team needed to contribute.

December 29 marked ten years since Schumacher’s skiing accident, in which he suffered a severe head injury. Since then, he has been living with his wife Corinna, receiving care from a team of 15 doctors at their Swiss home. Only a limited number of individuals have been permitted to visit the seven-time world champion since the accident.

One person who had the opportunity to visit Schumacher was his former sister-in-law, Cora Schumacher. However, her appearance on a reality TV show was cut short due to concerns that she might disclose confidential information about Schumacher’s personal life. This decision followed an implicit agreement between the family and the broadcaster not to delve into the champion’s private affairs.

Rubens Barrichello, Schumacher’s former Ferrari rival, recently revealed that he attempted to visit his friend after the accident but was declined after receiving a call from Schumacher’s team advising against it.
