Through a social media post, he stated, ‘Your vote is your voice!’

Polling in the Lok Sabha elections is crucial, with efforts from the Election Commission to enhance voter participation compared to the previous phase. The first phase saw lower turnout figures, motivating the push for a more engaged electorate this time.

As the BJP-led NDA and the opposition INDIA bloc vie for support, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge appealed to voters to protect democracy against dictatorship influences. His sentiments align with the heightened stakes and intense campaigning characterizing the second phase.

Renowned Congress MP Shashi Tharoor emphasized the significance of the current elections, asserting that the future of India hinges on the outcomes. Tharoor underscored the need to restore democracy, faith in diversity, and India’s pluralism, setting a broader narrative for the ongoing political landscape.

States such as Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh are key battlegrounds in the second phase of polling where various leaders and candidates are making their mark. The high-stakes competition is evident in constituencies where prominent figures like EP Jayarajan and Prakash Javadekar are influencing voter sentiments.

From the serene backwaters of Kerala to the bustling streets of Delhi, voter enthusiasm is palpable. Notable constituencies like Wayanad, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kota are witnessing intense electoral battles, reflecting diverse opinions and fervent political activity across the nation.
