Fireaid Concert Los Angeles Kia Forum Intuit Dome

INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Music legends Graham Nash and Stephen Stills will reunite on stage for the first time in nearly a decade at the FireAid benefit concerts Thursday night. The dual-venue event, held simultaneously at the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome, aims to raise funds for Southern California wildfire relief.

The concerts feature an impressive lineup of artists, including Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, John Fogerty, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Green Day, and Stevie Wonder. Nash and Stills, former bandmates in Crosby, Stills & Nash, will perform together at the Kia Forum, marking their first live collaboration since the National Tree Lighting ceremony in Washington, D.C., in December 2015.

Nash confirmed the reunion in a social media post, sharing a photo from rehearsals with the caption, “How fortunate to get to spend some time with my great friend Stephen again last night. Tonight we’ll be sharing a stage together again. All for a really good cause.”

The event highlights the deep musical connections between Nash, Stills, and Mitchell. Mitchell’s career has been intertwined with both artists since the late 1960s. Crosby, Stills & Nash famously covered Mitchell’s song “Woodstock,” which became one of their biggest hits. Mitchell also collaborated with the trio on multiple albums, including her 1970 classic “Ladies of the Canyon,” where they provided backing vocals on “The Circle Game.”

Other notable collaborations include Stills’ contributions to Mitchell’s albums “Clouds” and “Blue,” as well as Nash’s harmonica work on “For the Roses.” Mitchell also painted the cover for Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young’s 1974 compilation album “So Far.”

The FireAid concerts will be broadcast and streamed live on platforms including Amazon Music, Apple Music, Disney+, Hulu, and YouTube. Select AMC Theatre locations will also screen the event. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go toward wildfire relief efforts in Los Angeles.

In addition to the reunion of Nash and Stills, the concerts will feature several other historic performances. Dave Matthews and John Mayer will share a stage for the first time, while the Intuit Dome lineup includes Stevie Wonder, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and Olivia Rodrigo. Surprise guests are also expected at both venues.
