Narendra Modi Retains Key Ministers In Modi 3.0: Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Sitharaman Among Cabinet Members

Following his third consecutive win in the Prime Ministerial race, Narendra Modi is set to lead his new government with a mix of familiar faces from his previous Cabinet. Key ministers like Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Sitharaman, and S Jaishankar are among those expected to be part of the Modi 3.0 administration.

Amit Shah, the trusted aide of Narendra Modi, has been a pivotal figure in the government and is anticipated to continue his role. Meanwhile, Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Sitharaman, and S Jaishankar are set to retain their positions in the crucial ministries of home, defence, finance, and external affairs, respectively.

The swearing-in ceremony is expected to see over 69 ministers taking the oath, with Uttar Pradesh and Bihar contributing the highest number of representatives. Notable figures like Nitin Gadkari, Piyush Goyal, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Ashwini Vaishnaw, Bhupendra Yadav, and Mansukh Mandaviya are also likely to be included in the new government lineup.

J P Nadda, the current BJP National President, is set to be a part of the new Modi Cabinet, building on his previous experience as the Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare. Other familiar names slated to be sworn in include Pralhad Joshi, Giriraj Singh, Arjun Ram Meghwal, and Jitendra Singh, each bringing their expertise to the diverse ministerial roles.

Amit Shah’s political journey began at a young age, and his significant contributions as the Union Home Minister in the previous government include the revocation of Article 370 and the passage of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act. With a history of successful electoral wins, Shah’s presence in the Cabinet reinforces continuity and experience within the administration.
