Nollywood actress Victoria Inyama has bravely shared shocking revelations about her previous marriage, shedding light on the abusive relationship she endured. In an intimate interview with renowned journalist Chude Jideonwo, Inyama disclosed that her ex-husband, Godwin Okrim, used to bring his girlfriend home while they were still married.

During the interview, Inyama recounted various instances where her ex-husband would enter their home with another woman, leaving her feeling deeply hurt and disrespected. Shockingly, On one particular occasion, the girlfriend even went as far as dictating what meals Inyama should prepare. The girlfriend expressed her preference for fish instead of meat, citing its health benefits. Inyama stood there, dumbfounded, as she realized they were working together against her.

Moreover, Inyama courageously revealed that her marriage was plagued by physical, psychological, and mental abuse. Recollecting the first time her husband laid hands on her, she expressed her disbelief and shock.

Despite the challenges she faced, Inyama stated that she has no regrets about putting her career on hold for her marriage. She highlighted the joy her three beautiful children bring her, but also acknowledged the sacrifices she made for her family’s sake.

Inyama explained further, stating that her ex-husband subjected her to physical, mental, and emotional torment. The first instance of physical violence left her completely shocked, as she had never anticipated such behavior from her spouse.
