Pei Cleantech Academy To Host Inaugural Cleantech Collaborations Event

The PEI Cleantech Academy, in collaboration with the Government of PEI, Holland College, University of Prince Edward Island, and Springboard Atlantic, is set to host the first-ever PEI Cleantech Innovative Collaborations event on March 7, 2024. This event aims to bring together individuals and organizations involved in innovative cleantech projects or initiatives on Prince Edward Island.

The event, which will take place at the Delta Hotel in downtown Charlottetown, PEI, starts with a light lunch and provides a platform for presentations from various partners in cleantech collaborations. The presentations will showcase the ongoing initiatives and opportunities in the cleantech sector in PEI.

The PEI Cleantech Academy, located in the Cleantech Innovation Centre in Georgetown, PEI, is a collaborative initiative between the Government of PEI, Holland College, and the University of Prince Edward Island. It serves as part of the province’s cleantech ecosystem and focuses on promoting cleantech learning and advancement.

The Academy’s mission is to inspire and empower leaders and change makers to accelerate the path to net zero through interdisciplinary perspectives. It achieves this by offering cleantech-related academic programs, professional development opportunities, networking events, and fostering collaborations with stakeholders in PEI and beyond.
