Pistons Extend Winning Streak with Victory Over Bulls
DETROIT, MI — Paul Reed led the Detroit Pistons to a 124-113 victory over the Chicago Bulls on November 12, 2025, securing their eighth consecutive win.
Reed scored 28 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, while also dishing out six assists. The Pistons improved to a solid 10-2 record despite being without their usual starting lineup, which was sidelined due to various injuries.
“We just played hard. Everyone contributed, and we found a way to win,” Reed said after the game.
Detroit’s victory was fueled by strong performances from other players as well. Duncan Robinson added 23 points before fouling out, while Daniss Jenkins, making his first NBA start, contributed 16 points. Paul Reed’s double-double was crucial in overcoming Chicago’s efforts.
For the Bulls, Nikola Vucevic led with 21 points and 14 rebounds, while Ayo Dosunmu added 20 points. Despite their efforts, Chicago has now lost four straight games after starting the season strong with a 6-1 record.
The Bulls showed resilience, cutting a 16-point deficit to just one point in the fourth quarter but fell short to the Pistons’ late-game surge. With eight minutes left, Reed’s three-point play and a dunk from Ron Holland II pushed Detroit’s lead back to six.
Looking ahead, the Bulls will travel to Utah for their next game on Sunday, while the Pistons are set to host the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night.
