Porto Held To A 1 1 Draw By Gil Vicente After Late Equaliser

Porto‘s recent struggles continued as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Gil Vicente in a Liga match, following their heroic midweek performance against Arsenal.

Evanilson broke the deadlock for Porto from the penalty spot in the 55th minute but missed opportunities to extend the lead, ultimately being punished by Gil Vicente’s Thomás Luciano, who scored a dramatic equaliser in stoppage time.

Meanwhile, at the Estádio da Luz, Benfica cruised to a 4-0 victory over Portimonense, showcasing their dominance in the Liga.

Despite a slow start in front of goal, Benfica scored three goals in four minutes early in the second half through Rafa Silva, David Neres, and Ángel Di María, before Rafa added a fourth in the 75th minute to seal the win.
