Ramiz Brahimaj Ufc Fight October 2025

Las Vegas, Nevada – Austin Vanderford faced his first loss in the UFC on Saturday during the prelims of UFC 320.

The 35-year-old former Bellator title contender entered the Octagon as a 3-to-1 favorite after winning his debut earlier this year in Seattle, where he submitted Nikolay Veretennikov in the second round.

However, Vanderford’s fight against Ramiz Brahimaj turned unexpectedly dramatic. In the second round, Brahimaj landed a huge head kick that left Vanderford stunned.

Despite the setback, Vanderford continued to fight. He suffered a deep cut on his face but attempted to take Brahimaj down. His efforts went unsuccessfully as Brahimaj quickly applied a guillotine choke, forcing Vanderford to tap out within seconds.

This victory marked Brahimaj’s third consecutive win, bringing his UFC record to 5-3. His performance captivated fans and impressed his corner.

After the fight, Brahimaj engaged in an entertaining moment with UFC commentator Joe Rogan. He humorously placed a hat on Rogan’s bald head while giving a nod to Rogan’s podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience.’

“Joe Rogan podcast by night, training by day,” Brahimaj said during his post-fight interview.

Rogan quipped back, “You obviously did a lot more training and a lot less listening,” drawing laughs from the audience.
