Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Caught on Camera Assaulting Cassie Ventura
A shocking surveillance video obtained by CNN has revealed a disturbing incident involving music mogul Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs and his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles. The footage, never before seen publicly, captures Combs manhandling and kicking Ventura in a violent altercation.
The video shows Combs aggressively confronting Ventura, grabbing her by the neck, throwing her to the floor, and kicking her multiple times. The altercation unfolds in the hotel hallway, with Combs seen in just a towel and socks, displaying shocking physical aggression towards Ventura.
Ventura’s attorney, Douglas H Wigdor, described the video as ‘gut-wrenching,’ further emphasizing the predatory behavior exhibited by Combs. Ventura had filed a lawsuit against Combs, accusing him of rape and severe physical abuse spanning over a decade.
The lawsuit details how Combs allegedly forced Ventura into sexual activities, utilized his influential network to manipulate her, and engaged in violent behavior throughout their relationship, which reportedly began in 2007 when she was 19 years old.
Despite Combs vehemently denying the allegations, he and Ventura reached a swift out-of-court settlement just a day after the lawsuit was filed. The terms of the settlement remain undisclosed, but the rapid resolution prevented the case from proceeding to court.
Following the settlement, Combs faced additional lawsuits alleging various forms of misconduct, including sexual assaults and violence. However, he has continued to deny all accusations, pledging to defend his reputation.
The legal troubles for Combs escalated earlier this year when federal authorities raided his properties in Miami and Los Angeles as part of a sex-trafficking investigation. While Combs cooperated with authorities during the search, he was neither charged nor detained.
The video evidence from the InterContinental Hotel has shed new light on the allegations against Combs, drawing further attention to the legal battles surrounding the influential music figure.
